Cinema Display with VESA mount arm
Apple Cinema Display is well designed by Apple's design technology, but it can not adjust its height. It means default Cinema Display is not ergonomic.
Mounted Cinema Display 23inch with a cheap VESA mount arm and Apple Adapter Kit will ease and decrease your stiffness and stress.
Apple Cinema Display 23inch and 30inch (probablly 24inch) need Adapter Kit.
