Sendai (north area of Japan) represent hiphop trio, Gagle released 4th new album "Slow But Steady".

They are the only group who are still diggin vinyls and keeps following true hiphop method. In this album, as they did for previous releases, they created tracks with sample sources from vinyl and vintage instruments by the sense of trackmaker Mitsu The Beats. On the track, MC Hunger smoothly deliveries rhymes and navigates Jazzy groove collabrating with guest artists, Junpei Shiina, Bonnie Pink, Mahito, and KGM.

I think Slow But Steady is the best album in 2009, but like most of recent hiphop music, this music is not 100% genuine hiphop music as I was impressed in the golden era. It's like kind of Club Jazz.
