I did jail break iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2.1 ipsw by newly released PwnageTool 4.2.
It works fine.

I broke the hard drive and IrDA cable of my MacBook Pro model A1260 (Core2Duo 2.5GHz) by accident when I tried to replace its hard drive. And I asked Apple support center how much it would cost. They said it would be about 150,000 yen if it was broken by accident or fixing by yourself. I gave it up and was thinking selling it out in auction site.

After several months, I found the site selling small parts of MacBook Pro, "PowerbookMedic", and I orderd the cable for only about 6,000 yen including shipping fee. I could save 140,000yen.

Do not pay ridiculous fee to Apple Support if you broke your Mac by yourself.

I got SANYO Xacti DMX-CA100 for alternate of old SONY Handycam.

Xacti's price is set cheaper than other maker's same range Digital Video Camera, and its size is slimmed down and unnecessary too much functions are omitted.

DMX-CA100 is water proof at the level of IPX8. It supports Full HD and 14MegaPixel recording.

I am not a fan of SANYO or Xacti, and do not think this is good design, but I think this product is a reasonable choice for fun. You can shoot even at gelande and underwater.

I found my iPad by "Find My iPhone" of iOS 4.2.1. (not iPhone on the leftside image though)

I tried to register my Apple ID which I regiesterd before, but registration program rejected like already existed address. It was so inconvenient that I had to create another Apple ID only for me.com.

FlipBoard is an app for iPad which organizes news and social networks in a magazine style digital book.

You can add social networks like twitter and facebook, and also a lot of news sites from various presets, even wikileaks.

This app automatically collects feeds from selected sites, and organizes each entries in each page of FlipBoard like a page of magazine. And images linked in entries are quoted and pasted.

FlipBoard works by a simple method, but this kind of app (method) is necessary for the next internet stream.

Beejive is multi protocol IM (Instant Message) client for iPhone. Most of iPhone users use Fring because of its price (free), so no one takes care of 1,200 yen app for IM.

I guess I wouldn't have paid for it, if I did not need look for an app which could run / connect in background and supported Jabber Group Chat.

There is not any better app for Jabber Group Chat than Beejive. This app is so stable and use less battery. It is worth to pay 1,200 yen.

Apple released Magic Trackpad which I had wanted for 10 years.

Now I use only MacBook Pro for all purpose except server, so I am very familiar with trackpad. I discarded mouse 10 years ago, and today I discard Kensington Expert Mouse.

I love this simple and seamless design with Wireless Keyboard.

I reported so late, but I should say this is the best combination of digital gadget ever, MacBook Pro (Core i7) + iPhone4 + iPad.

Before Core i series, MacBook Pro reached at only convinced level as a note pc for Pro/Prosumer's demand. Then, at last, with Core i series (especially Core i7), MBP became truly Professional note.

Like MBP Core i series, iPhone4 also got a power to be a real smart phone / PDA. I think 3G and 3GS were just a experiemental products of Apple for the next generation of real products. Honestly I say, 3G/3GS were good gadget, but it was sucks level for daily use.

iPad is a innovative product for living room and eBooks, though iPad won't be completed until iOS 4 for iPad is released.
